Group Assessment

The group assessment will consist of a number of other candidates and yourself given a task to do. Normally you are given a number of items such as pens, paper etc and you have to do something with the items.

With this assessment you are assessed on your ability to communicate effectively and work within a team. It is crucial that you do not come across too forceful or ignorant to others in the group.

Make sure you voice your opinion, voice your ideas, listen to others, show leadership and try to involve quieter people in the group.

You must also ensure that you or someone else in the group is watching the time so that you complete the task on time.
