Imagery
One common way to make you relax is to imagine a scene, event or place that you always remember as happy, warm, peaceful, safe, restful and beautiful. As well as imagining the place you should also imagine senses such as smells and noises. For example, the smell of flowers the noise of gentle waves from the sea.
Imagery can also be used to help you prepare for unexpected events that could happen in an interview. What you should do is imagine that you are having an interview and the interviewer asks you something that you are not expecting, you should prepare a response to it in your imagination, that way when it comes to the real interview you already have something prepared that will help you.
