Types of Interviews
Interviewing is a popular method utilized by employers when it comes to assessing a candidate's suitability for a job within an organization. Interviews normally consist of the interviewee and between one and three persons, who represent the employer. Interviews can last anything from 15 minutes to two hours but usually not any longer than this. The majority of interviews will involve the interviewer asking questions to do with the candidates history, work experience, personality and other relevant factors to do with the job.
